Damages and Defect Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact jbartistictouchphotography@gmail.com immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If the item you received is damaged or the wrong item, please email me with a photo of the product, so that it can be addressed. The photo should be a close up of the damage, as well as a picture of the entire product. Upon inspection, it will be determined if shipping a duplicate product is warranted.
After 10 days of receiving your initial product(s), I will no longer be able to evaluate your claims regarding damages, or the wrong item.
Refund Policy and Warranties
I do not offer any refunds. I also do not offer any warranties on my products. As stated above, you have 10 days after receiving your initial product(s), to email me in the event that an item is damaged, or the wrong item.
