The Cross Barnwood Frame

I call this photograph "The Cross". 

I built this cross, and then I placed it on top of the biggest hill in Mercer County, Huffy's Hill, for the photo. It was the perfect location to incorporate the beautiful sky in the background! I also took the photo at sunset which allowed the sun to provide beautiful warm light on the face of the cross.

For the edits, I added contrast and saturation to make the photo nice and colorful! I also added a computer generated oil paint filter. I think the filter helps create a beautiful pop in the overall image!

This photo is displayed in a beautiful, real reclaimed barnwood frame, with a linen liner. The liner also has a gold accent!

***The barnwood may be a different color based on supply; it may gray/natural, charcoal, or brown. As of March 22nd, 2025 the frame will come in the gray/natural color.

Because this product contains real reclaimed barnwood, it tends to sell out fast.

***Please note that all barnwood frames have very different grains and finishes. Your frame will not look identical to the frame seen in the photos. Each one is unique!

I selected a fine art satin photographic paper to print this photo on.

There are two glass options: regular glass and Tru Vue Conservation Reflection Control ®. The Tru Vue glass is a premium upgrade, as it helps to minimize reflections that obstruct the photo. The Tru Vue glass also blocks out up to %99 of UV rays to help the printed photo maintain colors for years to come. It's still always best to keep the photo out of direct sunlight.
