The Lighthouse

Lighthouses are a symbol of resilience, guidance, and hope. They stand strong in the storm, guide sailors back to shore, and offer hope in the midst of the storm as well. In a way, Jesus is the Christians' lighthouse. He is the light of the world (John 8:12). I also wrote a short story for this photo. I wanted to play around with the idea that 'A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words', so I wrote a 1000 word story. You can check it out on YouTube. FYI the story isn't about Jesus this time. I definitely want to do more writing in the future. I enjoyed it! I particularly love the clouds in this photo, and it even has a slight brushstroke filter applied to it in post editing that makes it look smooth! This is more along the lines of photographic art than just a photograph. This is a photographic print on fine art paper! It does NOT come framed! There are currently three options for paper. Each paper varies in texture, offering a unique look! The Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Bright White Paper portrays a light felt texture. The Hahnemuhle Torchon Paper is made of alpha-cellulose, instead of cotton, giving it a distinct coarse texture. The Canson Arches Aquarelle Rag Paper resembles more of a distinct, watercolor style, textured paper. There is also an optional 0.79 inch border that I recommend if you are putting this print in a matted frame. The 0.79 inch border is added to the overall size of the print, the image size itself does not change.
